What is CA final Course?
The CA final is the ultimate step toward a new chapter in the Chartered Accountancy Course. This piece of writing aims to provide information on what to expect when you are at the final level of the CA program. After overcoming numerous obstacles and dedicating countless hours of hard work, this is the last stage to becoming a qualified chartered accountant.
CA Final Exam Eligibility
Individuals who have passed the CA Intermediate level are qualified to appear for the CA final exam. After completing the CA Intermediate, one must engage in a three-year articleship training under a registered chartered accountant or chartered accountant firm and receive a stipend during the period. Only during the last six months of the articleship period, an individual is eligible to enroll for the Chartered Accountant final examination. It’s essential to note that registering for the final course and registering for the final exam are two different things. Registration for the CA Final course is possible after the CA Inter exam to obtain the CA final books.
To excel in their career, having knowledge in information technology and receiving training in soft skills is as crucial as article ship and subject knowledge. This is why the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) provides training in these two fields. After completing the foundation level, individuals undergo a four-week training program in advanced integrated course on information technology and soft skills (AICITSS). It is compulsory to complete this training, either after the intermediate exams or during the period of article ship, before registering for the CA final exam.
